The Standard Program includes 10 weekly sessions, each lasting 90 minutes, over a span of 3 months. This action-oriented program provides you with the strategies and tools necessary for lasting recovery.

For a deeper, more comprehensive approach, the Premium Program offers 20 weekly sessions over 6 months, allowing for a more thorough exploration of stress management and emotional resilience.

Both the Standard and Premium programs are tailored to meet your specific needs, ensuring measurable and sustainable results.

Pricing and payment options

The total cost for the 10-session Burnout Recovery Coaching Program is 825 euros (VAT included), with the following payment schedule:

  • Deposit (due before the start of the program): 200 euros
  • Payment after Session 5: 310 euros
  • Payment after Session 10 (Completion): 315 euros

I offer flexible payment plans to ensure that this program is accessible, so you can focus on your growth without financial stress. All prices include VAT.

Cancellation policy

Clients may reschedule or cancel their coaching sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost. In the case of a no-show, the full session fee will be charged. Please communicate any changes as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary charges. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or special circumstances at the coach's discretion.
