For those seeking a more comprehensive and in-depth approach, the Premium Program offers 20 weekly sessions over 6 months, with each session lasting 90 minutes. This extended version allows for a deeper exploration of stress triggers, emotional regulation techniques, and long-lasting transformation.

Both the Standard and Premium options are designed to meet your individual needs and focus on achieving measurable, results-driven outcomes.

Pricing and payment options

The total cost for the 10-session Stress Management Coaching Program is 825 euros (VAT included), with the following payment schedule:

  • Deposit (due before the start of the program): 200 euros
  • Payment after Session 5: 310 euros
  • Payment after Session 10 (Completion): 315 euros

I offer flexible payment plans to ensure that this program is accessible, so you can focus on your growth without financial stress. All prices include VAT.

Cancellation policy

Clients may reschedule or cancel their coaching sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost. In the case of a no-show, the full session fee will be charged. Please communicate any changes as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary charges. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or special circumstances at the coach's discretion.
